How weekly cashback works
Cashback is calculated based on your net losses for the week — that is, your tier's cashback rate is applied to the difference between your total losses and total winnings for that week.
Say you placed bets across various games during a week. If your total losses at the end of the week exceed your total winnings, that difference is called your net loss. Multiply that net loss by your VIP tier's cashback rate to get your cashback for that week.
If there is no net loss in a given week — meaning your winnings are higher — cashback does not apply that week. Cashback is only available when there has been an actual net loss.
