This document sets out the terms that apply to opening an account, placing bets, claiming bonuses, and making financial transactions on the d71 platform. Please read the entire document carefully before using the platform.
General Terms and Definitions
1.1 Scope of This Document
These terms and conditions apply to all services, products, and activities on the d71 platform (d71-bet.cam). By registering as a member, opening an account, or completing any transaction on the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms. Do not carry out any activity on the platform without first reading and understanding these terms.
d71 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be treated as acceptance of the new terms.
1.2 Key Definitions
- "Platform" means d71's website, mobile application, and all related digital services.
- "Member" means any individual registered with d71 who operates an account in accordance with the platform's terms and conditions.
- "Bet" means a financial wager placed by a member for the purpose of participating in a game or sports event.
- "Balance" means the total deposited and won funds held in a member's account.
- "Bonus" means any promotional benefit granted to a member by d71, which may be used subject to specific wagering requirements.
- "Wagering" means the total amount that must be bet in order to make a bonus eligible for withdrawal.
1.3 Language and Interpretation
These terms and conditions are written in Bengali and the Bengali version is the final and binding text. In the event of a dispute over the meaning of any clause, d71's interpretation shall apply and that decision shall be considered final. If any clause is unclear, the member may contact d71's customer support team.
Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements
To open an account with d71, the applicant must be 21 years of age or older. If an underage person opens or uses an account, it will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited. Each individual may operate only one account — if multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and up to date. Providing incorrect information will hinder the account verification process and may result in withdrawal access being suspended.
2.2 Account Security
The member is responsible for keeping their account username and password completely confidential. Allowing a third party to use the account, or sharing account credentials, is strictly prohibited. If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, d71's support team must be notified immediately.
- Use a strong password containing uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
- Avoid logging in from public computers or unsecured networks.
- Changing your password regularly is beneficial for security.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
d71 may at any time request a government-issued identity document or other supporting documents to verify a member's identity. If the requested documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe, withdrawal requests may be temporarily suspended. This verification process is conducted to ensure the overall security of the platform and to protect the interests of all members.
Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
3.1 Deposit Rules
Deposits to d71 can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket mobile banking. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposits may only be made from the member's own payment account — deposits made from a third party's account will be considered void and action may be taken against the associated account.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawals are available via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum amount for each withdrawal request is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, for account verification or unusual activity, d71 may take additional time to carry out further checks before processing a withdrawal.
- Withdrawals are sent only to the mobile banking number registered in the member's own name.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
- If suspicious activity is detected, d71 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or cancel a withdrawal request.
3.3 Transaction Responsibility
The member is responsible for entering the correct mobile number and amount. d71 is not liable for failed transactions resulting from incorrect information provided by the member. If a problem occurs with any transaction, please contact d71's support team via live chat or email.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will add a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000 with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000. A deposit of ৳30,200 will earn a ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳45,200 with a wagering requirement of ৳15,000 × 15 = ৳2,25,000.
Attempting to withdraw a bonus before meeting the wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance being cancelled. The bonus may be claimed only once and applies to a single account only.
4.2 Ongoing Promotional Bonuses
d71 regularly runs various promotions, such as the d71 Weekly Reload Joy (20% bonus up to ৳5,000, wagering 18×), d71 Slot Festival Rewards (50% bonus up to ৳8,000, wagering 20×), and d71 Weekend Cricket Bonus (30% bonus up to ৳6,000, wagering 15×). The minimum deposit for each promotion is ৳500.

4.3 General Bonus Rules
- A bonus is never cash — it cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
- d71 reserves the right to discontinue or modify any promotion at any time.
- Attempting to exploit bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all such accounts being closed.
- If d71 finds evidence of bonus abuse, the relevant bonus and winnings may be forfeited.
- The d71 Birthday Special Gift (up to ৳1,500, wagering 10×) may be claimed once per member during their birthday month.
- The d71 Refer a Friend promotion (up to ৳2,000, wagering 12×) is available once for each successful referral.
Betting Rules
5.1 General Rules for Placing Bets
Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed, although for sports events there may be an option to cancel a bet under certain conditions before the match begins. The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are final — subsequent changes to odds will not affect bets already placed.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited, and evidence of any of them will result in account closure:
- Artificially inflating wagering to meet bonus requirements (arbitrage betting or placing opposing bets from the same account).
- Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Exploiting technical errors in the game system to achieve abnormal winnings.
- Applying coordinated betting strategies against the platform.
- Operating an account using a false or another person's identity.
5.3 Betting Limits and Risk
d71 reserves the right to set betting limits on specific games or events. Betting carries inherent financial risk — members must always bet within their own financial means. The platform does not guarantee any specific amount of winnings.

6.1 Setting Voluntary Limits
d71 gives members the option to set voluntary limits on their own betting activity. Options include daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, betting limits, and the ability to take an account break for a set period. These features help members maintain healthy and controlled betting habits.

6.2 Protection of Minors
Opening or using a d71 account by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. Members who have minors in their household are advised to keep their account credentials completely private and to use parental control software on their devices.
Account Suspension and Closure
7.1 Suspension or Closure by d71
d71 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any clause of these terms and conditions.
- Providing incorrect or false registration information.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
- Failure to submit account verification documents.
- Extended period of account inactivity.
Where possible, the member will be notified before an account is closed, and the return of any valid balance will be considered.
7.2 Account Closure by the Member
A member who wishes to close their own account may contact d71's customer support. Any pending bets and balance must be settled before the account is closed. Once voluntarily closed, the account cannot be reopened for a specified period.
